Incredible inspiration,
Defines my soul-
Entwines itself desperately among the crumbling marrow,
Attempting to recover what's been lost;
Little does such a selfless thing know,
It wasn't they who destroyed such a vibrant being-
It was but the whispers etched into the soft wisps of wind
Set aside by jealous taunters-
It but gracefully pushed me to the very brink
Of a fate much worse than a loosened grip on sanity.
And all that lay left of my innards-
Shards buried deep within the cracked and deprived hearth-
Merely buds of life showering love on a being never appreciated,
Faithless debris left far from the "living."
